CWELCC & Fee Subsidy Program Update – 2025

We would like to inform all prospective families that our recent application to join the CWELCC (Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care) program and the Ontario Child Care Fee Subsidy Program was not approved for the year 2025. This decision was made by the City of Hamilton due to factors beyond our control, such as the location’s alignment with the City’s access and inclusion priorities.

As a result:
• We will not be participating in the CWELCC reduced-fee program in 2025.
• We will not be able to accept fee subsidy applications through the City of Hamilton.
• Standard tuition rates will apply for all enrolled families.

We understand that this outcome may impact families, particularly with respect to financial planning , as government-subsidized fees will not apply, and standard tuition rates will take effect.

We kindly ask all parents to review this information carefully before booking a tour or submitting a registration of interest.
